Different mounting options facilitate a simple integration on the UAV. Parachute cords are attached to the UAV independently from the DRS-canister.

The integrated FTS (Flight Termination System) stops the motors while detailed information on an accident is logged for analysis.

With its independent sensors and intelligent algorithm the DRS system constantly analyzes flight behavior to ensure utomatic deployment whenever necessary. The DRS system ensures that the UAV will not be able to leave (fly out of) a predefined geospatial area.

Acoustic and visual status updates confirm the system’s readiness before flight or inform the pilot.
